1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Triuum, a digital product design and development company based in Bogotá, Colombia. For anything related to your data, write to us at hello@triuum.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data you give us through the site's forms (contact and project starter):

• —Email address
• —Company (optional)
• —WhatsApp number (if you choose to share it)
• —The message or answers you write to us

We also use anonymous usage metrics (pages visited, country, device type) to understand how the site performs. These metrics use no tracking cookies and build no individual profiles, which is why you won't see a cookie banner.

3. What we use it for

We use your data exclusively to:

• —Respond to your requests, questions, and quotes
• —Contact you about the project or service you wrote to us about
• —Send you commercial communications about our services, only when you authorize it

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form, in accordance with Colombia's general data-protection regime, Law 1581 of 2012 (habeas data), and its implementing regulations.

If you visit us from outside Colombia, we recognize rights equivalent to those of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, objection, and portability of your data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as a commercial relationship with you exists, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

At any time you can:

7. We don't sell your data

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their commercial purposes.

8. Where your data lives

This site is hosted on Vercel and our database on Supabase, providers whose infrastructure is located primarily in the United States. By submitting your data you authorize this international transfer, carried out with providers that apply industry-standard security measures.

We may update this policy; the current version will always be published on this page. If anything is unclear, write to us at hello@triuum.com. Answering your questions is part of taking care of your data too.
