Spybee

Turning construction data into decisions made before delays happen

At a glance

Vision / Challenge
Construction projects generate enormous amounts of information but most of it stays scattered across tools and inboxes. Spybee needed a web platform that could bring all of this together into one place, giving project managers the clarity to catch delays before they become costly, rather than discovering them after the fact.
Impact
Since adopting the platform, Spybee's construction clients report faster incident resolution, clearer accountability across project teams, and significantly less time spent manually reconciling site data, replacing after-the-fact status checks with a live, single source of truth for every project.

A construction management platform that turns drone footage, 360° cameras, and live feeds into a single real-time view, so project managers can catch delays before they become costly.

Data everywhere, decisions made too late

Spybee is transforming how construction companies across Latin America manage their projects, replacing fragmented, after-the-fact reporting with real-time visibility that lets teams see what's happening on site without being there. A strategic problem before a design problem

Triuum approached this as a strategic product problem before it was a design problem: how do you take the raw reality of a construction site and turn it into a system a project manager can actually act on? That question guided a structured discovery process to understand how site data actually moves through a project, which shaped the platform's architecture, its core modules, and how design could be applied to surface what mattered instead of adding more noise.

Triuum designed Spybee's web platform around a simple principle: capture everything happening on site, process it automatically, and let teams visualize and decide. The platform brings together drone data, 360° cameras, and live feeds alongside schedules and different channel communications, then organizes it into three core experiences:

  • Incidents, Tasks, and RFIs, so issues get resolved faster with clear ownership and visual evidence.
  • Schedule and Progress Control, which turns programming into real oversight by surfacing delays before they impact the project.
  • Central Project Management, a dashboard giving teams one organized, secure view of progress and personnel across the entire project.

Together, these turn Spybee from a data-capture tool into a decision-making platform.

A partnership that went beyond the dashboard

Triuum partnered with Spybee to transform jobsite data into a decision-making platform for construction leaders. By bringing together real-time site information and the context teams need to act, the platform helps them identify risks earlier, respond faster, and stay ahead of delays.

The work went beyond the dashboard. Triuum helped define the product strategy and experience behind how construction teams monitor progress, surface issues, and make better decisions.
